Tenet started with a simple frustration: the supplement aisle is a hype machine. Fourteen-ingredient blends, mystery doses, miracle promises, and a customer who's been burned enough times to stop believing any of it.

We think the fix is boring, and we mean that as a compliment. Foundations first. Single ingredients at researched doses. Claims we can point to. Habits that do half the work.
