Processing and delivery

Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships. Typical U.S. delivery is 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking and problems

If your tracking hasn't moved in 3 business days, email support@trytenet.co with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.
