30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Tenet isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery of your first order and we'll refund it in full. No return shipment required, and no interrogation.

Limit: one guarantee refund per customer, counted per email address, shipping address, and payment method. Please include your order number when you write in.

How refunds work

Email support@trytenet.co with your order number. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it, your choice, and we cover the cost either way.
