What it is

60 capsules pairing vitamin D3 with vitamin K2. If you work indoors, live north of Texas, or wear sunscreen daily, your D levels are probably lower than you'd guess.

How to take it

Take as directed on the label, with a meal containing fat. Both vitamins are fat-soluble, so food matters here.

Good to know

Who shouldn't take it? If you take blood thinners such as warfarin, vitamin K2 can interact with them. Talk to your healthcare provider before starting. Same if you're pregnant, nursing, or have a kidney condition.
